The upper edge of these planters is reversed twice, which gives these planters a splendid timeless appearance. The planters are manufactured with high-quality reinforced Fibreglass. Because the reinforcement has been extended into the corners, these corners cannot tear out. The planter is coloured through the entire material and will therefore retain its colour. |

Large, heavy and oversized items are delivered via the pallet network, you will receive a call from our allocated carrier to book in a convenient delivery date. Such deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm and kerbside/drive only.
Is express delivery available?
Certain items which we have in our Dunstable warehouse can be delivered next day or even same day if it’s in London or nearby. Please call us to arrange this service.
Can I collect myself?
We offer free collection from our Dunstable warehouse with the following address:
B2/B3 Portland Close, Houghton Regis, LU5 5AW. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
For small parcels DPD will provide you an estimated time slot with an option to change if you are not available. You can choose to defer your order to be left in a safe place or collect from your local depot if you are not available for the delivery.
Pallet deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm unless you have upgraded to a timed delivery slot, which can be one via our customer service, please be aware that there is a surcharge to book in a timed slot.
Are instruction provided to me on how to accept pallet deliveries?
Yes, our operations manager will send out instructions via email on how to accept pallet goods. Please be on the look out for this email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
