Especially fans of clean and geometric shapes will love the simple, high TOWER plant containers of the fleur ami PREMIUM COLLECTION. Thanks to their drainage with screw top the planters set beautiful accents at home as well as in public and outdoor areas. Furthermore, the gel-coated planters also convince with special quality characteristics and therefore provide long-lasting pleasure in decorations indoors and outdoors. The base of all products is sturdy and lightweight fiber-reinforced composite material, which is then covered with a 2 mm thick gel coating. This is made in a technique which is well known from ship buildings and makes sure, that the material is osmose-resistant and therefore absolutely waterproof – even after several years. In contrast to usual, significantly thinner lacquering, which are mostly only 0,1 mm thin, gel-coatings are impact- and scratchproof, UV- and weather-resistant. This means that the surface does not flake off and looks good for a long period and that the planters are also perfectly suitable for outdoors.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery estimations are in working days, and the estimated delivery time frame for each product is shown below the price tag on the product page.
Small parcels are shipped via DPD next day service, in this case you will receive a text message and notification email with all delivery details and options available to you.
Large, heavy and oversized items are delivered via the pallet network, you will receive a call from our allocated carrier to book in a convenient delivery date. Such deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm and kerbside/drive only.
Is express delivery available?
Certain items which we have in our Watford warehouse can be delivered next day or even same day if it’s in London or nearby. Please call us to arrange this service.
Can I collect myself?
We offer free collection from our Watford warehouse with the following address:
Unit 2B, 6 Greycaine road, Watford, WD24 7GP. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
For small parcels DPD will provide you an estimated time slot with an option to change if you are not available. You can choose to defer your order to be left in a safe place or collect from your local depot if you are not available for the delivery.
Pallet deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm unless you have upgraded to a timed delivery slot, which can be one via our customer service, please be aware that there is a surcharge to book in a timed slot.
Are instruction provided to me on how to accept pallet deliveries?
Yes, our operations manager will send out instructions via email on how to accept pallet goods. Please be on the look out for this email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I choose a specific delivery date before my order is despatched?
Yes, please call us to discuss to choose a convenient date, this is a free service provided by Getpotted.com
