PANDORA series contains pots and pedestals with a classical touch from fleur ami. The models are compatible in different house interiors and commercial offices as they have pure shapes and modern decorative elements. Products are made of mixture of innovative materials such as featherweight long-lasting fiberglass which also accompanies by silver or gold foliage finish or fibre-reinforced resin covered by the contemporary white or black gelcoat. The features PANDORA models have, are the counterweighted foundation for steadiness and incorrect lower parts to make the process of planting and decorating much easier. PANDORA series varies in terms of sizes. The models from its range will be a significant supplement for the overall interior plan.

Large, heavy and oversized items are delivered via the pallet network, you will receive a call from our allocated carrier to book in a convenient delivery date. Such deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm and kerbside/drive only.
Is express delivery available?
Certain items which we have in our Watford warehouse can be delivered next day or even same day if it’s in London or nearby. Please call us to arrange this service.
Can I collect myself?
We offer free collection from our Watford warehouse with the following address:
Unit 2B, 6 Greycaine road, Watford, WD24 7GP. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
For small parcels DPD will provide you an estimated time slot with an option to change if you are not available. You can choose to defer your order to be left in a safe place or collect from your local depot if you are not available for the delivery.
Pallet deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm unless you have upgraded to a timed delivery slot, which can be one via our customer service, please be aware that there is a surcharge to book in a timed slot.
Are instruction provided to me on how to accept pallet deliveries?
Yes, our operations manager will send out instructions via email on how to accept pallet goods. Please be on the look out for this email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
