IMPORTANT BULLET POINTS for all live plants

• PLEASE CHECK TYPE (hybrid name), SIZE and DIMENSIONS of the plant as the plants are not returnable goods as they are classed as livestock perishable items. If any doubts please contact us immediately before placing the order if unsure.-There can be some blemishes, growing marks on the surface which can include brown leaves, or blemishes of the stem/ leaves, cut stems or arms, these types of surface marks have passed the growers health check, we will not supply plants which do to pass the health check of the grower. The condition of each plant will be assessed by the plant growers before it is shipped.
• All sizes provided in the title and descriptions will be the total space the plant will occupy. The dimension is the widest part of the crown from leaf to leaf. The plant is measure from the base of the rootball (floor level) to the top of the crown or the longest leaf standing upright.
• The root ball or the growing nursery sleeves dimensions can vary from the listing dimensions provided based on the growers health requirements.
• All plants are unique and one of one. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the plants as pictured. Crown width density, buds, arm numbers can vary depending on the growing seasons some can be bigger or smaller than the listing dimensions, which is all depending on the growing cycle and the season you are buying the plant.
• Please inspect the live plants upon delivery and check the plant passport for confirmation of the strain and notify us if the plant is damaged or does not match. Any claims for damages or incorrect strain made after the plant has been delivered will not be accepted as plants are living perishable items. Please ensure that any damage is reported the day of the delivery.
• Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel or amend your order. You can still cancel your order prior to being dispatched.
• All compositions of live plants and pots are made to order bespoke service. Canceling the order is not-available.
