LECHUZA-PON - is an inorganic mineral substrate made in Germany.
What are the characteristics of the substrate?
LECHUZA-PON substrate reduces vulnerability to diseases, helps maintain the pH level for optimal plant growth, accumulates and redistributes excess moisture and nutrients, absorbs harmful substances, blocks the development of fungal spores, and provides roots with easy access to the wet zone.
Which plants are suitable?
Suitable for growing orchids. It can also be used as a drainage layer for indoor plants growing in the ground.
And what’s indside?
LECHUZA-PON consists of purified pumice, zeolite, volcanic rock and fertilizers. The substrate uses nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizers valid for 6-12 months.

Certain items which we have in our Dunstable warehouse can be delivered next day or even same day if it’s in London or nearby. Please call us to arrange this service.
Can I collect myself?
We offer free collection from our Dunstable warehouse with the following address:
B2/B3 Portland Close, Houghton Regis, LU5 5AW. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
For small parcels DPD will provide you an estimated time slot with an option to change if you are not available. You can choose to defer your order to be left in a safe place or collect from your local depot if you are not available for the delivery.
Pallet deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm unless you have upgraded to a timed delivery slot, which can be one via our customer service, please be aware that there is a surcharge to book in a timed slot.
Are instruction provided to me on how to accept pallet deliveries?
Yes, our operations manager will send out instructions via email on how to accept pallet goods. Please be on the look out for this email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I choose a specific delivery date before my order is despatched?

Flower pots up to 18 litres. These small pots are designed for shrubs and flowers. They are often used for the garden or the window, situable for a selection of small plants bedded together.
Medium - 40 litre
Floor planters for plants up to 40 litres. A perfect choice for those who need medium sizes statement pieces in interior and exterior. These units can be used to line the edge of the garden when a flowerbed is not available
