KAYU series is positioning as the perfect composition for outdoor houses, particularly for the terrace and restaurant summer arrangements. The production material of such models is unique carefully treated firm teak, which varies from natural to grey antique edition. The teak supplies by the stainless steel, which is applied as a base of the surface, except the modern view it also provides the owner with the truly proved resistance to different weather conditions and makes it compatible for outdoor use. Moreover, a special element can be installed under the planter basement and also increase the number of benefits of using it outdoor (it includes 4 thread inserts for wheels+4 casters, 2 of which can be locked).

Small - 18 litre
Flower pots up to 18 litres. These small pots are designed for shrubs and flowers. They are often used for the garden or the window, situable for a selection of small plants bedded together.
Medium - 40 litre
Floor planters for plants up to 40 litres. A perfect choice for those who need medium sizes statement pieces in interior and exterior. These units can be used to line the edge of the garden when a flowerbed is not available
Large - 107 litre
Large pots for large plants up to 107L. Ideal for trees and large shrubs to use at entrances with buxus balls. Large planters can also be used as balcony screens and situable for roof terraces.
Jumbo > 107 litres
More than 107L - The largest jumbo pots in excess of 107 litres. Use them for outdoor gardening to make an impression with its vast size. Ideal for the largest statement trees or can be used a gardening area filled with your favorite smaller planters.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Delivery estimations are in working days, and the estimated delivery time frame for each product is shown below the price tag on the product page.
Small parcels are shipped via DPD next day service, in this case you will receive a text message and notification email with all delivery details and options available to you.
Large, heavy and oversized items are delivered via the pallet network, you will receive a call from our allocated carrier to book in a convenient delivery date. Such deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm and kerbside/drive only.
Is express delivery available?
Certain items which we have in our Watford warehouse can be delivered next day or even same day if it’s in London or nearby. Please call us to arrange this service.
Can I collect myself?
We offer free collection from our Watford warehouse with the following address:
Unit 2B, 6 Greycaine road, Watford, WD24 7GP. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?
For small parcels DPD will provide you an estimated time slot with an option to change if you are not available. You can choose to defer your order to be left in a safe place or collect from your local depot if you are not available for the delivery.
Pallet deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm unless you have upgraded to a timed delivery slot, which can be one via our customer service, please be aware that there is a surcharge to book in a timed slot.
Are instruction provided to me on how to accept pallet deliveries?
Yes, our operations manager will send out instructions via email on how to accept pallet goods. Please be on the look out for this email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I choose a specific delivery date before my order is despatched?
Yes, please call us to discuss to choose a convenient date, this is a free service provided by Getpotted.com
