At GetPotted.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts for 90 days from the date of your purchase. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item, these precautions can help ensure a smooth return process.

Please be aware that the cost of returning your order may not be the same as what you paid to us. We typically subsidize a significant portion of the delivery cost from our margin. Here is a guide to the approximate return shipping costs based on material and size of goods:

• Small pack (clothing or plastic accessories) — £6
• Light parcel (LECHUZA, FIORI, CAPI TUTCH) — £10 (If more than one item — £12–20)
• Heavy parcel (CAPI LUX, large LECHUZA planters, small CONCRETE or GRC planters) — £12–30
• Pallet deliveries (Most CONCRETE, GRC, CERAMIC, bulky, or volume orders) — £50–80

Packaging Note:

Most of our planters are fragile and require careful packaging before returning. Even if your item is unopened, please inspect and pack it securely with additional packaging. We cannot accept responsibility if the item is damaged in its original packaging. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and provide images and documents to help you file a claim with the courier.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges:
