Product special: Free delivery is provided on to retail orders on the value above £50. Any orders under this value of £50 will be charged a £4.99 delivery fee.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery estimations are in working days, and the estimated delivery time frame for each product is shown below the price tag on the product page.
Small parcels are shipped via DPD next day service, in this case you will receive a text message and notification email with all delivery details and options available to you.
Large, heavy and oversized items are delivered via the pallet network, you will receive a call from our allocated carrier to book in a convenient delivery date. Such deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm and kerbside/drive only.

Is express delivery available?

Certain items which we have in our Dunstable warehouse can be delivered next day or even same day if it’s in London or nearby. Please call us to arrange this service.

Can I collect myself?

We offer free collection from our Dunstable warehouse with the following address:
B2/B3 Portland Close, Houghton Regis, LU5 5AW. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Will I receive a timeslot for my delivery?

For small parcels DPD will provide you an estimated time slot with an option to change if you are not available. You can choose to defer your order to be left in a safe place or collect from your local depot if you are not available for the delivery.
Pallet deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm unless you have upgraded to a timed delivery slot, which can be one via our customer service, please be aware that there is a surcharge to book in a timed slot.

Are instruction provided to me on how to accept pallet deliveries?

Yes, our operations manager will send out instructions via email on how to accept pallet goods. Please be on the look out for this email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I choose a specific delivery date before my order is despatched?

Yes, please call us to discuss to choose a convenient date, this is a free service provided by Getpotted.com

Please be aware that the cost of returning your order may not be the same as what you paid to us. We typically subsidize a significant portion of the delivery cost from our margin. Here is a guide to the approximate return shipping costs based on material and size of goods:

  • Small pack (clothing or plastic accessories) — £6
  • Light parcel (LECHUZA, FIORI, CAPI TUTCH) — £10 (If more than one item — £12–20)
  • Heavy parcel (CAPI LUX, large LECHUZA planters, small CONCRETE or GRC planters) — £12–30
  • Pallet deliveries (Most CONCRETE, GRC, CERAMIC, bulky, or volume orders) — £50–80

Packaging Note:

Most of our planters are fragile and require careful packaging before returning. Even if your item is unopened, please inspect and pack it securely with additional packaging. We cannot accept responsibility if the item is damaged in its original packaging. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and provide images and documents to help you file a claim with the courier.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges:
