Where do we deliver plants?
We only deliver plant compositions within the Greater London Region.How long do we take to Process Orders / Shipping times

Delivery is free for all orders over £100.00.Warranty and Returns
All potted plants are unique and one of one. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the plants as pictured. However, there can be differences in height, shape and density of the crown, as well as the number and size of buds, are possible.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order you can return all components if there is any fault with plant or planter, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the order.
If you require for us to collect our courier will assess the condition of the plant before the collection. The customer must pay the cost of the return. Within the M25 – the amount is £30 and this will be deducted from the order value.
Please inspect the potted plants upon delivery and notify us if the plant is damaged. Any claims for damages made after the plant has been delivered will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel or amend your order. You can still cancel your order prior to planting within the chosen planter. All compositions are made to order. If we have already planted the composition then canceling the order is not-available.

How to Water Plants

After the purchase, you water the plant from above for the first 12 weeks, as usual. During this time, it passes the roots into the wet zone. After a few weeks, fill the water reservoir half way with water. If the water level drops in the next few days, the roots have grown into the reservoir. Then fill the water reservoir to "Max." mark at water level indocator. If not, drain the system and continue watering in the usual way from above. When you switch to self-watering, the plant will drink as much water as necessary. When the indicator drops to "Min.", you need to wait a certain time. For table plants, up to two days; for floor plants, up to a week. This is because there is still moisture in the ground. After the appropriate wait time, refill the water. Watering from above and using the self-watering system at the same time is not recommended. |

There are plants that love sunshine, so it is advisable to put the pots on the window with direct sunlight.
There are shade-loving plants that can be placed on the office table, taking into account that they will receive the required amount of light during the day.
Low Light: North-facing windows. Bright fluorescent light. Medium Light: East or west windows. Partial, filtered or inderect sunlight. Bright Light: South or southwest-facing windows and direct sunlight.
