Crown Width Density and bud numbers can vary depending on the growing seasons some can be bigger or smaller than the listing dimensions, which is all depending on the growing cycle and the season you are buying the plants.

WINTER/ COLD WEATHER SHIPPING

If the overnight temperatures are below 3-5 Degree Celsius we will not be shipping live plants and will be holding your orders until an adequate shipping date when the weather is adequate. This is to prevent frost damage to your plants from the overnight transit from our warehouse to your home.

Please bear this in mind as this can extend the advertised lead-time for delivery.

Where do we deliver plants?

Delivery only to UK Mainland

Free delivery is provided on to retail orders on the value above £50. Any orders under this value of £50 will be charged a £4.99 delivery fee.

How long do we take to Process Orders / Shipping times

Your order will be processed and shipped within 14 working days.

Plant Width Dimensions are based on the crown density, this is the width of the top of the plant and not the pot size the plant is placed in. Crown Width Density can vary depending on the growing seasons some can be bigger or smaller than the listing dimensions.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order you can return all components if there is any fault with plant or planter, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the order.

If you require for us to collect our courier will assess the condition of the plant before the collection. The customer must pay the cost of the return. Within the M25 – the amount is £30 and this will be deducted from the order value.
