If you require delivery outside the FREE DELIVERY ZONE OF UK MAINLAND (Scottish Highlands, All Isles, Northern Ireland) please contact us before or after placing your order to check if there is a surcharge applicable to your order.
How long do we take to process orders/shipping times for planters?
Your order will be processed and shipped within the timeframe provided on the website/order confirmation. Please check the current lead time on the website for the items you are ordering. If you are not sure or unable to identify how soon you can have your delivery, you can ring out customer care-line on from the contact us page.

If your order is big and bulky or required to be shipped on a pallet service please add on an extra 2 working days to the lead time shown on the website/order confirmation so we can arrange the best logistical delivery to your delivery address.

If you require an expedited service for your order, please contact our customer care team prior to placing your order they will guide you and provide you with all the details needed for an expedited service.
Plants
Where do we deliver plants?
We deliver plants within the UK Mainland only. (Scottish Highlands, All Isles, Northern Ireland excluded).

Live plant displays
Where do we deliver live plant displays?
We only hand deliver plant compositions within the Greater London Region. If you fall outside of this area please contact us and we will attempt to find a carrier who may be able to deliver the fragile live plant displays to your delivery address.

Standard Courier Delivery: £20.00
Delivery is free for all orders over £100.00.

Other items

We use a dynamic calculator based on the weight of the product. The minimum shipping fee is £3.5 for light consignments and maximum fee is £59.99 for bulky or heavy consignments. We believe that's it fairer to show real shipping surcharges than hide these costs uder a product price and offer so-called "free delivery".

We use the well-established courier services to deliver our planters. All parcels are tracked and signed for, with a 1 hour ETA delivery window, automated SMS text to the mobile number supplied at the time of your order and two delivery attempts. In most cases it's DPD.
For heavy or large items we use pallet delivery transport companies, which will contact you before delivery to make necessary arrangements. Usually, they will deliver your order anytime between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. For most cases it's Palletways.

Courier Deliveries are carried out from 2 to 14 working days and depends on the item. The delivery time is clearly stated on each product page, next to the product.

Orders received after 12.00pm will be processed the next working day. All orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will be processed the first Monday, exclusive of bank holidays.

The delivery time could be longer due to special circumstances, which we will inform you about.

Damaged Deliveries

Occasionally, you could receive damaged items due to poor transit circumstances. You have to check all goods before signing for them. If you find damaged items please sign for them as damaged. In other cases, it's hard to get reimbursement from carriers.

If you received damaged delivery without signing for it, you have to inform us within 24 hours after receiving parcels

There are a few exceptions to the rule above that can increase the delivery time scale

Different Delivery Address to the Invoice Address

If you specify a different delivery address to the invoice address, we make additional security checks. These checks are to protect cardholders from unwanted fraud. These checks typically add 1 to 2 days to the delivery timescale

Not home for the delivery?

Our couriers will make an attempt for delivering your order twice and if you are not home, they will leave a calling card with instructions, offering you the option to collect your parcel from the depot yourself or to arrange an alternative delivery date. Our couriers require a signature or your package can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you provide couriers with such instructions. Please respond to calling cards ASAP. Otherwise, the courier will return the goods to us. Sadly we are charged by the courier for this return! Your help is greatly appreciated to avoid this charge

Items produced for a specific order/bespoke orders

If you order a product that has to be manufactured, we will arrange a specific delivery time with you after we get the production date for your order

Please see below how pallet deliveries are carried

  • Our pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location
  • We need to deliver on solid, flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation
  • We will deliver to ground level locations only
  • We cannot deliver pallets on steep inclines
  • Driver is not permitted to enter your property
  • Recipients should stay at safe distance from the vehicle
  • Pallet/packaging disposal is the responsibility of the recipient
